    TryVexan You will have something to aim for, by establishing individual objectives. Pick a target weight and perhaps even a torso or bicep description that you would like to aim for and write down it. If you believe this is unimportant and also you skip it you're more prone to give up on your efforts all-together and leave after some time, thus be sure to specify what you need from your Muscle Building plan and document it.
